If you finish your daily task, you would not have leftovers to carry into a new day and that shows your preparedness for a new task and lesson that lies ahead of you.
Many people abandon their tasks because of fear; fear of the unknown and procrastination. For instance, you are not even sure what to expect but you are there haunted by something you cannot really recognize or figure out.
The fear of the unknown has a huge effect on people so much that it causes delay. Procrastination will do you more harm than good. You should not contribute to defeating yourself because self-defeat is the worst form of defeat in life.
Do not think less of yourself when God has not. When you appreciate and know the purpose of existence, God will help you.
The Ordinary President expressed disappointment following the recent dethronement of the former Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi.
The impeachment came as a shock to many Nigerians; while many people claimed to have seen it coming, others are surprised that such a thing will even happen in the highly distinguished Kano Emirate.
Ordinary Ahmad Isah praised Mallam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi and referred to him as a man too sophisticated for the position where he was embarrassed. He is a man respected outside the shores of Nigeria as a result of his high intelligence.
While expressing his view, he acknowledged the functions of Royal fathers and he mentioned that Royalty is being abused and dragged in the mud.
In other words, little regard is given to a traditional leader these days and he is treated as a non-entity in his community. The truth is Nigerians have allowed civilization to take over their traditions, in the sense that, traditional values are lost and little or no regard is given to it.
In the same regard, the Ordinary President said there are some things the deposed Emir shouldn’t have done which in the long-run has led to his unfortunate impeachment.
Furthermore, he discussed the non-payment of pension to those who are deserving of it. a lot of retirees; especially those who worked hard for 35 years have been denied access to their pensions and it looks like nothing is being done to cushion the effect it is having on these ones.
They most times are left to be scorched under the sun without being attended to for weeks. These ones do not even know their fate as many of them get sick and there is little or nothing for them to keep up with getting medications.
What about those who languish in poverty and find it really hard to feed themselves not alone clothe themselves?
Some even die while processing the pension and their relatives are not able to access it even after their demise. What then is the benefit of working and serving a nation?
Mr. Emma Ugbuaja, an official representing the Public Complaints Commission advised employers of labor to always obey their terms of engagement.
They should try not to deceive their employees and they should make them as comfortable as possible in their places of duty. They should give updates on when to go on leave, how they will be paid amongst other facts.
Anyone working for you is helping your company to grow and in the same vein, you have a quota to contribute to their lives.
When an employee is happy, he would put so much effort into his work and would ensure productivity is visible as he strives to succeed in the pursuit of his career.
