This is a case of a couple who alleges to have given their children to a government agency (social welfare) but that the government agency handed the children over to a private organization. According to the man, he and his wife were victims of a state bomb blast where his wife sustained a disability as he survived by grace and seeing how deteriorating was her state and his condition, they both decided to hand their children over to a government agency known as social welfare that hands their children over to the orphanage home known as the SOS children villages who have refused them from seeing their children.
Representatives of the government social welfare and the SOS children villages however avail themselves to say their own side of the story.
