According to his allegation, a police officer met with this man who sells phone for assistant to get a new phone explaining that he was robbed. This man assisted him with a new phone for him to pay back later only for him to return saying he lost the new phone again.
They finally agreed on giving the police officer some phones to sell at his work place to be able to raise the depth to pay back only for the police officer to collect 15 phones from this man, did not pay for any and become unreachable ever since the help he got
