POLICE OFFICER BOUGHT PHONES FROM ME AND REFUSE TO PAY

The man in this video shares his experience with a police officer. According to his allegation, a police officer met with this man who sells phone for assistant to get a new phone explaining that he was robbed. This man assisted him with a new phone for him to pay back later only for him to return saying he lost the new phone again.
